The PhD studies in Food Science, Nutrition, Physiology and Health from the University of Navarra provides students with advanced knowledge and training in two main research areas: “Molecular Nutrition, Nutrigenomics and Personalised Nutrition” and “Functional Foods and Food Safety”.
