This information is for continuing Northumbria students and Alumni applying to study a Postgraduate degree in the current academic year and applies to Full and Part-Time students (including the Post Graduate Certificate in Education) studying at our Newcastle campuses or via Distance Learning.

Benefits
Northumbria offers a generous 20% tuition fee discount to final year students who choose to continue their studies or those who return to Northumbria to gain a Masters or Postgraduate Research qualification.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Alumni Discount, you must:
- Be a UK, EU or International applicant who has achieved a full first degree from Northumbria University or Newcastle Polytechnic.
- Provide proof of your previous qualification from Northumbria University or Newcastle Polytechnic.
- Be applying to study on a Full Masters or Postgraduate Research course in September or January.
- Be a self-funded student ie; not in receipt of any sponsorship.
