The application is submitted on the prescribed form, should consist of no more than 1000 words, applicants must include:
• Proposed itinerary;
• Short project proposal (as agreed with the project supervisor);
• Budget, clearly stating how the funds will be allocated (both itemised amounts and purpose); and
• HDR applicants must explain in their application why they require funding additional to that already available to them.
