Overview
Biomedical Engineering at University of Glasgow are currently home to 35 research students pursuing PhD in fields as diverse as infectious disease diagnostics for the developing world, brain-computer interfaces, stem cell differentiation using nanotechnology, robots as orthotic aids, and the creation of artificial cells.
Learning outcomes
- PhD students in the Biomedical Engineering programme offered at University of Glasgow typically work alongside experienced post-doctoral researchers under the supervision of world leaders in their areas of domain expertise.
