Students of the Chemistry and Technology of Materials programme at University of Chemistry and Technology Prague develop their knowledge about materials; they find and comprehend deeper relationships among preparation and/or production of materials, structure and composition, and their properties. Before submitting an application, the applicant must contact the supervisor listed for the chosen dissertation topic and arrange to confirm the intent to apply for that topic.

UCT Prague and its faculties admit applicants to doctoral study programs who have successfully completed a master’s study program. Students in the final year of their master’s program may also undergo the admission process; however, their admission is conditional on the successful completion of their master’s program.

Another requirement for admission to the doctoral study program is medical fitness for the respective doctoral study program.
