This Network Medical Course is offered by the School of Medicine at Tohoku University.

Student goals

To have abundant knowledge and education, and specialist knowledge of medicine and medical science, possess abilities that enable multi-disciplinary development linked to basic medical research and other fields, and to carry out and lead independent original research in a specialized field.
To be able to drive new learning that will contribute to the development of next-generation medicine, to contribute to the development of medicine and medical science as a leader in their relevant field, and to possess a highly ethical and responsible outlook, based on social needs to realize next-generation medicine.
To possess a high-level international perspective and excellent communication skills and use these to share world-class research results, and through this lead research in their relevant field nationally and globally.
