At the Imperial, we offer our graduate students a phd degree in Arabic Studies. For those who wish to improve their command of a foreign language or to embark on a new one, day and evening classes at all levels from beginners to advanced are available within the college.

  • Applicants for a doctoral degree in these areas must have a good first degree in a relevant subject area and a master’s degree, normally at distinction standard. Candidates must also achieve the higher College requirement in the appropriate English language qualification.
  • Prospective students must contact a potential supervisor before making a formal application and you should not proceed to a formal application without the agreement of the prospective supervisor. The application must include an outline proposal of the research area or topic you wish to pursue.
