Programme Structure

Curriculum:

Over the three to four-year candidature of your PhD, you will be an esteemed member of Bond’s close-knit Higher Degree by Research (HDR) community where you will be supported by a team of academic and professional staff.

We operate a team approach to supervision with each PhD candidate supported by a Principal Supervisor and Associate Supervisors who offer expertise in a specific aspect of your project.

You’ll work closely together and it’s not unusual for supervisors and candidates to be co-authors in publications resulting from the student’s dissertation.

A Masters by Research degree/Masters degree with a substantial research component or an Honours degree - Class 1 or Class 2 Division A or other research experience deemed equivalent to one of the above, i.e. applicant has worked as a research assistant or has a publication record or professional experience and can demonstrate the appropriate level of expertise in research methodology and relevant research skills.

Bond's programs are taught and assessed in English, so depending on your educational background and citizenship, you may be required to provide evidence that your English language ability meets our requirements.
