Molecular Virology degree is offered at Heidelberg University.

Research

Our research approach to Molecular Virology at Heidelberg University is multidisciplinary and combines methodologies and techniques from various fields. Amongst these are molecular biology, cell biology, biochemistry and genetics.

It is our aim to extend and strengthen these activities by integration of most recent technologies such as high resolution light microscopy and electron microscopy, high throughput methods for proteomics and transcriptome analyses, live cell microscopy and quantitative assessment and mathematical modelling of biological processes.
