Overview
The Administrative Law graduate at Comenius University in Bratislava can analyze, synthesize and compare the legal institutes of the legal branch of administrative law, as well as related legal branches, with the aim of creating de lege ferenda proposals for the sake of their more effective application in the legal order.
The graduate is able to use all basic scientific research methods in scientific work and in legal practice, while he is able to connect not only legal institutes of administrative law with each other, but also to think critically and interdisciplinary.

- The basic prerequisite for admission to doctoral studies is a second-level university degree.
- Excellent knowledge and skills in the field of law to be the subject of the doctoral studies - at least at the level of a graduate of a master's degree programme.
- The ability to study, communicate at a professional level and publish in at least one world language; for this purpose, an active knowledge of English is required; knowledge of another world language (German, French, Spanish and Italian) is an added value.
