- A research plan for a doctoral dissertation in accordance with the guidelines of the Faculty of Law.
- A résumé (CV) in accordance with the guidelines of the Faculty of Law.
- A signed form of agreement from the person or persons proposed to act as a supervisor to the applicant.

- The degree certificates and transcript of study records
- Certification of the language skills.
- A list of publications (if not included in the CV).
