Programme Structure
Curriculum:
- Our DBA program allows students to deepen their knowledge of business administration, to familiarise themselves with the research process, to develop their critical thinking, and to write and present their research results under the guidance of a disciplinary specialist.
- This program targets corporate executives and managers seeking to deepen their understanding of business administration in a global context to enhance their career prospects.
- The DBA program comprises six semesters of study, with the first and second year involving taught courses evaluated in-class, including core courses and specialized courses focusing on business administration.
- The core courses cover the following areas: introduction to quantitative and qualitative research methods, legal and ethical frameworks for research, organisational theories and designs, and planning a research project, research/project proposal.

General requirements
To be considered for admission to our doctoral programmes, applicants must meet the following general requirements:
- Hold a strong master's degree, or an MBA, with a dissertation or project. Diplomas are not accepted.
- The qualification must be relevant to the research subject, such as business administration, finance, or law.
- Demonstrate English language proficiency with an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.
- Submit a letter of intent explaining your motivation for applying to our doctoral programmes.
- Answer the Research Intention Questions for the DBA and the Research Project Questions for the PhD.
- Pass an interview conducted by the Head of School.
- Students with a Statement of Medium of Instruction (MOI) in English for their previous qualification will be invited for an interview and, upon success, will not need to submit an English proficiency test.
