Overview

The Business Administration degree programme delivered by Kadir Has University aims to provide a solid theoretical background in management with excellent analytical skills and capabilities in carrying out scientific research to the candidates. In light of this aim, the program gives students the opportunity to work on various of research projects and offers a full scholarship. The candidates can specialize in either Marketing or in Organizational Studies.

Outcomes

1- Developing expertise by integrating current and advanced level knowledge in the field of Management with new ideas and/or research and assess the interactions among the sub dimensions of Management field, such as marketing, and management and organization2- Acquiring the theoretical background necessary for understanding and solving financial and banking problems3- Understanding the interactions between Management and other disciplines and finding solutions by using this expertise through analyzing, synthesizing and evaluating new and complex knowledge4- Ability to evaluate new knowledge in the field of Management through a systematic approach; study an original topic, and to develop an innovative idea, method, design or application or to apply a conventional idea, method, design or application into a different field5- Having the ability to expand the boundaries of the knowledge in the field of Management in general, Marketing or management/organization in particular,through doing independent research and being able to publish at least one scientific journal article in peer reviewed journals6- Gaining advanced skills in using research methods necessary for studies in the field7- Gaining the ability to develop field-related innovative ideas and methods by making use of advanced intellectual processes such as creative and critical thinking, problem solving and decision making8- Having the ability to to defend his/her ideas on topics in the field of Management in national and international platforms and being competent in transferring his/her knowledge and experience in written, oral and visual forms9- Ability to function as a team member as well as a team leader and present new perspectives in both business and academic environments

For international students; Second Cycle (master's’s) Degree diploma with thesis obtained from universities recognised by YÖK and (2) a minimum score of 65 in the Examination for Foreign Language Proficiency Test (YDS) or equivalent international examinations scores for graduate-level Programs recognised by YÖK. Candidates gain access to the Programs based on their composite scores consisting of second cycle degree grade point averages and foreign language exam. For Ph.D with bachelor degree; First Cycle Degree diploma obtained from universities recognised by YÖK, (2) minimum scores of 3.00 out of 4.00 CGPA, (3) a minimum score of 65 in the Examination for Foreign Language Proficiency Test (YDS) or equivalent international examinations scores for graduate-level Programs recognised by YÖK. Candidates gain access to the Programs based on their composite scores consisting of first cycle degree grade point averages and foreign language exam.
