Overview
Solving the increasingly important and complex problems within the constraints time, resources, environment, security, social factors, economy, and similar phenomena is an important problem encountered in the field of Civil Engineering.
Key Facts
Although education and training provided at the undergraduate level is sufficient to introduce the basic fields of the profession to students, it is necessary to further specialize with in-depth knowledge required to tackle large projects with integrated sustainability components and to advance the technical infrastructure in parallel with technological developments. This level of training is provided at the graduate level.
We aim to train a new generation of engineers required by the profession through unique courses in which the interaction of Civil Engineering know-how with design, safety, environment, ethics, economy and social issues will be examined. Our goal is to train students so that they become preferred candidates by industry, while also facilitating our graduates to find positions in the public and private sectors to advance their career. We expect our graduates to lead a cultural change in the field of Civil Engineering supported by knowledge acquired through the Civil Engineering programme from TED University.
