Key Facts
Graduates of the 3rd degree of the study programme Computer Science obtain a PhD degree and consolidate the knowledge and skills acquired in the master's degree from the point of view of scientific research, i.e. they will learn to apply the methods of scientific research mainly in the field of their focus.
The graduate has deep knowledge in the field of studied issues and is able to analyze complex systems theoretically, to formulate problems precisely, to create mathematical and logical formalism for problem solving, to seek effective solutions of problems formulated in this way. He/She is able to work in teams that do not have an IT focus, he/she can synthesize knowledge from various fields and discover new knowledge.
