Personal statement describing why you want to pursue a PharmD degree

1 page maximum, English only, copy/paste into your online application form

Three letters of recommendation from faculty or employers (DOC or PDF form)

Form must be sent to pharmd@qu.edu.qa by the referee before the application deadline

Photocopy of the applicant’s Qatar ID card (Applicants from outside Qatar should provide a copy of their passport)

Passport photographs (2 copies within past 2 years)

QAR 350 application fee.
