History
Molde University College was founded on 1 August 1994, when two colleges in Molde merged together; Molde Nursing School, founded i 1958 and Molde Regional College, founded in 1969. In 2019 we celebrated our 25th anniversary.
Education
The BSc programmes are held in Norwegian language and not offered to international applicants seeking a degree. At master's level, the international programmes; MSc in Petroleum Logistics, MSc in Logistics and MSc in Sport Management are in English.
Research
Our research covers a wide range of disciplines. All the faculties have research groups, and most members of staff are part of one or more such groups. Molde University College - Specialized University in Logistics has organized its research groups within Logistics, Transport, Sports, Social Science, Management and Health Sciences.

Housing services
Molde Student Welfare Organisation (SiMolde) welcomes you to Molde as both a student and a housing applicant! We have 362 rooms available in three different locations – Kvam, Glombo and Molde Campus. All of our housing is furnished and there is access to a laundry service and internet in all locations.
Library services
Molde University College Library is situated on the top floor of the A-building. The library offers relevant literature in health sciences, social sciences, organisation and administration, sports and event management, economics, logistics and transport economics.

Student clubs
The Student Welfare Organization in Molde (SiMolde) owns and runs the student housing - SiMolde housing, the student book store - SiMolde Bok, the café, the kindergarten, the student housing and support student activities through the student organization iStudent. In addition we offer student counselling.

University of Molise means so much to me
Its really excellent experience to be a part of university of Molise, i am a research scholar in my university and overall i am proud to be here. Most of the teaching and technical staff here is very helpful we really enjoy our social gathering and societies in university. We celebrate lots of events here and as students we have right to chose our representative here and i also taking part as student representative in next election.

It was nice experience, overall academic culture is very good and the faculty is very supportive.
