History
Lokman Hekim University commenced its academic activities in the 2018-2019 academic year.
Education
The University offers 15 undergraduate programs in 5 faculties, namely the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Health Sciences, Faculty of Sports Sciences, and School of Health Services, as well as 11 associate degree programs in 1 vocational school, with a total of 4,698 students.
In addition, the Institute of Health Sciences offers 27 thesis-based master's programs, 6 non-thesis master's programs, and 13 doctoral programs. The university's Application and Research Center has 16 application and research centers.
