Description

Ph.D. Candidates funded by the EUI contracting states receive a monthly scholarship/stipend and do not pay the programme's tuition fees.

The Authority provides a monthly grant for the first three years of EUI Ph.D. Programme in the amount of  €1,620 per month. The fourth year is covered by the EUI (2025 4th year EUI grant is €1,620 per month, in addition to other allowances).

Eligibility

  • Polish citizens.
  • Applicants who hold a Master’s degree (magister or an equivalent degree).
  • Citizens of a Member State of the European Union or a member state of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) – a party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area and the members of their families if residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
  • Non-citizens who have been granted a long-term residence permit in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
